Moved Lester :Seconded:Jason<br /><br />Business Arising:<br />Nil<br /><br />CORRESPONDENCE:<br /> *Letter from Fisheries re: grants for recreational fishing. Also a letter informing us that there are no more calendars available.<br /><br />Treasurer’s Report:<br />*Nov. balance $7143.56<br />*Dec. balance $7640.90<br />*Jan. balance $9115.05<br />Seconded by Barra<br />It was noted that the raffles had gone very well over the holiday period.<br /><br />General Business:<br /><br />*Jason is to approach the new owners of Coffs Coast Crash Centre regarding the continuation of sponsorship previously donated by Neil Currell.<br /><br />*<b>Boats leaving the beach early on Comp. days. Please be aware that boats are not to leave the BEACH until 5.00am on competition days. Any boats leaving the beach prior to 5.00am will be disqualified from the competition.</b><br /><br />Social Bus Trip. This outing will be held on the 18th March at a cost of $20 per head which includes the bus fare, morning tea, lunch and entry to venues.
